We are looking for an experienced administration assistant to assist with providing effective and timely administrative support to the Culinary & F&B department. This is an admin heavy role which requires the successful applicant to be able to complete daily tasks and conflicting priorities with ease.


  • Assisting and completing internal Audits, including distribution of action plans and verification of completion
  • Monitor the daily reporting of Monica System to make sure that all freezers and fridges are at the correct temperature, also the logging of food temperate with Monika
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse & Procurement department for any special orders for all kitchen outlets including pricing and quotes.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with the create of requisitions for any kitchen invoices.
  • Responsible for the administration for all kitchen staff.
  • Assist the Head Chefs with monthly and yearly Health and Safety audits.
  • Providing updates to Chefs with the status of maintenance requests where necessary
  • Complete data entry efficiently and effectively within a timely manner
  • Keep accurate records for compliance purposes


  • Experience within an administration environment
  • You have a sound knowledge of Excel and formatting
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Customer focus & strong communication skills
  • High level of numeracy & literacy
  • Prior experience with maintaining databases
  • Knowledge of the HACCP
