Food & Beverage Attendant – Alliance Lounge, Perth Airport

We’re seeking hospitality professionals on a casual & part-time basis, with a dedication to exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating memorable moments.

** You will be working the Monday to Friday afternoon shift, approx. 20 hours per week

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, serving as the welcoming face of Alliance Lounge at Perth Airport. Whether you love making coffee or are a gun behind the bar, this role offers exciting opportunities for growth and development! We are Hiring:

• Waitstaff – experienced in 3-plate carry, 5-plate clear, fine dining or functions experience desirable
• Baristas – prior experience in a barista role, speed of coffee service highly regarded, willing to be a café all rounder
• Food & Beverage Attendant all-rounders – customer service and POS experience
• Bartenders – craft beer and wine knowledge, experience in cocktail making

Requirements 

• Previous food and beverage experience highly desirable
• Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Ability to adhere to compliance and operational requirements
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues; a team player
• Solid work ethic, dependability, well presented with tidy work habits
• Respect for equality and a commitment to workplace culture and safety
• Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day a week roster including morning, days and nights
• Reliable own transport as some shifts are not supported by public transport to and/or from the airport

 Qualifications 

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
