Delaware North is a global hospitality and entertainment company with significant operations in Australia for more than 30 years. 

With a capacity of more than 100,000, the MCG is the largest sporting stadium in the Southern Hemisphere. It hosts several Australian Football League (AFL) teams, as well as cricket matches, concerts, other special events and non-event-day functions. 

Delaware North manage the hospitality services at the MCG across event days, non-event days and for all corporate suites and functions.

Join a talented pastry team supporting high volume output while delivering the highest of quality in pastry and producing showpiece desserts for special events.  

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in managing a culinary operation in a similar high-volume environment or premium Restaurant’s environment
  • Extensive experience in menu planning & design
  • Proven ability in managing, developing, and motivating a diverse pastry team
  • A passion for food and creative flair with experience in showpiece highly regarded
  • Friendly and flexible disposition that encourages client and customer feedback and that always demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Relevant Patisserie qualifications

Salary on offer $90K + Super
