We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Premium Service Manager to join our passionate team at Marvel Stadium on a full-time basis to oversee our exclusive Diamond Club working with some of our most important guests. You must be an experienced Restaurant Manager who can bring inspirational leadership, creative vision plus knowledge and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.

 As the Premium Service Manager you will be the catalyst of creating an energetic environment, leading by example by having passion for food and wine while creating an exceptional customer experience. You will have a proactive and confident approach to your work and ensure that your team is engaged to exceed guest’s expectations.

Duties of the role involve (but not limited to): 

  • Lead, develop and engage a team to exceed the expectations of our guests and our Client
  • Deliver both memorable guest experiences and operational success
  • Wine and cocktail pairing to the menu
  • Utilises interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence and encourage others

 

The following skills will be highly regarded:

  • Restaurant management experience
  • Eye for details and presentation
  • Experience in mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
  • A passion for food, wine and people
  • Able to respond constructively to feedback and take action
  • Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic and self-motivated;
  • Strong communication and establishing a positive rapport with stakeholders
